I placed my order online, but received a phone call within an hour to confirm the order and let me know that some of the flowers would have to be substituted due to a busy day of orders. She was very friendly and kind and asked if I had any preferences for substitutes before she made the bouquet. My boss received her flowers and they were beautiful. I would definitely use this business again!
